The look may be inspired by the old world, and connect you back to such, but this floor has been created with the best new wood our celebrated European forest can offer up. Warming chocolate brown meets honey-tinted circling and straight grain patterns, making Japelion a more classic color, which has enough edge to feel comfortable in contemporary projects too. Once the color is achieved, we soft brush every plank to accentuate the grain and polish with a hardwax oil to a lustrous finish for unrivaled floor protection, assuring its beauty shines for decades to come. For this floor we only use furniture-grade birch plywood for the 2-ply engineered, end-matched, tongue-and-groove construction of the super-long (up to 2400mm/86.5”), wide (220mm/8.5”), reassuringly thick (20mm/ ¾”) planks. Naturally, each of these fine planks is FSC® certified, assuring our planet is as happy as your project.
