We are proud to present you with the best portfolio of wood floors we have ever crafted. They have been over 30 years in the making.
For projects that require something outside of the norm – it could be a specific tone, an unusual design or simply a wider plank than you regularly come across – Woodworks create the extraordinary.

From a variety of finishes and textures, through to more challenging fuming and seasoning, we have innovated our Editions collection again, adding personality packed new releases: Ristretto, Cassava, Kingham, Cladonia and Loft.
Ristretto, Cassava and Kingham have all been developed using our latest technique, deep fuming. This process penetrates deep into the wood, producing a richer, darker tone, infusing your project with the outdoor world, enriching the lives of those who use them.
This time round we have introduced our new super-white floor, Ibis, to the Superwide collection. Crafted from the finest Douglas Fir, this profound floor is bleached to achieve this pale and crisp look.
A blank canvas to craft upon. Thanks to our intelligent finishing, this floor needs very little maintenance, especially in contrast to alternative white floors which require a lye treatment.
New to the Aged collection are Arley, Baslow and Brantwood, our organic, English-Aged-Look floors. Inspired by a modern English country house aesthetic, these bevel free floors are discreet and stylish in their appeal.
The look is almost unfinished despite being incredibly durable and timeless. We recommend laying these random width planks with subtle gaps, either consistent or at random sizes, for the most authentic look.
Carbonised now features an ever-evolving collection of charred and weathered tones.
Choose from the natural Cinnabar, deep black Zircon, ethereal white Pearl, and graceful green Garnet – all of which are new arrivals in the Carbonised world.
We’ve also updated many of our legacy Carbonised floors, changing the species from Swiss Pine to modest European Larch with the launch of Moth II, Oyster II and Quartz II.
Larch allows our artisans to sculpt greater contours within the surface of the timber, developing deep undulations.
With a smoother, more organically elegant surface, are our new English Native Timbers.
Elswick, Forecastle and Roebuck are smooth sanded and yet maintain some soft undulations. The result is a sophisticated and understated, bringing the wood to life with an appreciation paid towards the sawn figuring. The epitome of harmonious creation.
Here we welcome Livingstone to the collection. This floor grants an organic modern look in a Grade I Restoration floor. Elegantly proportioned, this floor will not be around forever, as is the finite nature of the Antique French Oak.
Antique woods required the utmost care and understanding in order to appreciate, and as such, we invite you to have a conversation about them. Email [email protected] to arrange a free consultation with one of our Antique experts today.
Bridgewater Pine is one of our latest treasures. In use since 1860 at Bridgewater Docks, which was the gateway for salt from to be shipped overseas for annuls, this floor has a museum-quality age and massive proportions. Set to be appreciated for many centuries to come.
Likewise, we have also Grade I Restored our Reims Antique Organic Oak and French Estate Organic Oak. Authenticity and originality dictate that the old, original patina of this floor, should be restored and preserved. It is for this reason that we use simple handwork to finaliZe these floors. Nothing else is added, just wonderous expertise in burnishing antique wood. The result is stunning, feeling naturally beautiful and understated at the same time.
