Extracted from the Old War Office, an iconic landmark in London, this Pine is ready for a new custodian, who will have the privilege of walking on floors that have been part of key events in British history.
Having played host to the footprints and most important private conversations of key influential war figures such as Winston Churchill, this floor is one that is steeped in prestige and has a tale to tell from every grain, knot, or knoll.
We felt privileged to reclaim such valuable pine boards and set about transforming them into a Rare Finds floor, ready for a lucky new custodian to take care of. Through the timeless combination of beautiful old wood and meticulous craftsmanship, we have crafted Bleached War Office Pine, an engineered reclaimed wood floor that embraces timeless elegance.
