Bridgewater Pine is a reclaimed and restored treasure.

Bridgewater Pine is a reclaimed and restored treasure. In use since 1860 at Bridgewater Docks in the North of England, which was the gateway for salt from to be shipped overseas for annuls, this floor has museum-quality and massive proportions. This is a rare pine from primeval forests originating in North America – the exact species is now extinct. Age, proportions, and patina are rarely found. 160 years of seasoning within old buildings have produced the wonderful patina, and the widths and lengths of these boards are amongst the largest we have ever reclaimed. Massive. Being a reclaimed wonder, Bridgewater Pine is an entirely finite resource, therefore it won’t be available for long. Truly a one-of-a-kind, once the floor is gone, it will be gone forever. Our artisans have assured the authenticity of this reclaimed pine has remained throughout the Grade I Restoration process with the original features all fully preserved and ready to be admired within your projects for years to come. Architectural details are available upon request and are made to complement the tonal values of your floor.
